At DR Graphics B.V. we believe it is important that agreements are clear and transparent. We therefore have general terms and conditions of delivery that apply to all our offers, quotations, agreements and deliveries.<\/p>

Key points from our terms of delivery:<\/h4>

• Offers and prices<\/strong>
  All our quotations are non-binding, unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT and any additional costs unless otherwise stated.<\/p><\/li>

• Delivery and delivery time<\/strong>
  Delivery deadlines are indicative. We aim to deliver on time, but a stated deadline is not a deadline.<\/p><\/li>

• Payment<\/strong>
  Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period. In case of late payment, we are entitled to charge interest and collection costs.<\/p><\/li>

• Retention of title<\/strong>
  Delivered products remain the property of DR Graphics until full payment is made.<\/p><\/li>

• Liability<\/strong>
  DR Graphics is not liable for indirect damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the invoice amount of the assignment in question.<\/p><\/li>

• Complaints and warranty<\/strong>
  Any complaints should be reported in writing within 8 days of delivery. If there are any defects, we will provide repair or replacement in accordance with our terms and conditions.<\/p><\/li>

• Force majeure<\/strong>
  In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, fire, supplier failures or government measures), DR Graphics may suspend its obligations or rescind the agreement without being liable for damages.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
