Rollermatic® Wrapping Machines
DR Graphics develops and manufactures Rollermatic® wrapping machines for the fast and accurate winding of wash cloth rolls used in automatic blanket washing systems for offset printing presses. The machines are available in both manual and electric versions, ensuring a tight and evenly wound roll every time.
In addition to the wrapping machines, we supply aluminium and stainless steel spindles, manufactured according to the specifications of the printing press manufacturer. We can also supply fully wound mini wash cloth rolls, ready for immediate use.

Optional Automatic Shut-Off
For added convenience, the Rollermatic® is available with an automatic shut-off. Simply set the required roll diameter, and the machine will stop automatically once it has been reached. This ensures consistent roll quality, prevents unnecessary material consumption and increases the efficiency of the winding process.
