Conventional Ink Shaker

The DR Graphics – Offset Ink Mixer GIM-25 mixes conventional printing inks in sealed 1 kg and 2.5 kg cans quickly and homogeneously. Its controlled shaking motion ensures optimal mixing of pigments and binders, resulting in consistent viscosity and colour quality. The integrated quick-clamping system allows ink cans to be secured safely and easily for an efficient mixing process.

Ink Mixer for Conventional and UV Printing Inks

The DR Graphics Ink Mixer is designed for the fast and homogeneous mixing of conventional and UV printing inks. The ink can itself serves as the mixing vessel, allowing the ink to be mixed without transferring it to another container. This saves time, prevents contamination and keeps cleaning to a minimum.

The machine is suitable for ink cans with a maximum diameter of 450 mm and a height of up to 430 mm. It is available for both vacuum cans and screw-top cans. Thanks to its powerful mixing action, pigments and binders are thoroughly homogenised without air entrapment, ensuring consistent colour quality.
