Prevent static electricity, paper distortion, registration errors and production disruptions with the high-pressure and ultrasonic humidification systems from DR Graphics.
Prevent static electricity, paper distortion, registration errors and production disruptions with the high-pressure and ultrasonic humidification systems from DR Graphics.
The indoor climate in printing companies and graphic production environments is constantly influenced by heating, ventilation and extraction systems. As a result, relative humidity can drop below the desired level, especially during the winter months.
Low relative humidity can lead to the following problems:
These problems occur regularly, especially during the winter months, and can disrupt the production process. Maintaining the correct humidity level helps create a stable production environment, improve product quality and reduce production downtime.

With more than 40 years of experience in the graphic arts industry, DR Graphics is a trusted partner for high-quality high-pressure and ultrasonic humidification systems.
Thanks to our experience in printing companies, prepress departments, digital print environments, warehouses and CtP rooms, we provide a suitable solution for virtually every application. Quality, reliability and continuity are at the core of everything we do.
Through preventive maintenance and expert service, we ensure that your installation continues to perform at its best. This minimizes breakdowns, prevents production downtime, and keeps your production process reliable and efficient.
Stable relative humidity is essential for a reliable production process in printing companies and graphic production environments.
Especially during the winter months, humidity levels can drop significantly due to heating and ventilation. DR Graphics' high-pressure humidification systems ensure optimal control of relative humidity and a stable indoor climate.
Through high-pressure atomization, moisture is distributed evenly throughout the space, creating a stable indoor climate and maintaining the desired humidity level continuously.
Key Features
Our high-pressure humidification systems are widely used in printing companies and graphic production environments, but are also suitable for a wide range of other industrial applications. Contact us for more information about the possibilities.
The ultrasonic humidification system has been specifically developed for CtP departments and other production environments where stable humidity is essential. Low humidity can lead to static electricity, causing disruptions that negatively affect productivity and quality.
Many CtP systems are equipped with a so-called auto-loader that automatically feeds complete packs of offset printing plates. When humidity levels are too low, the interleaving sheets between the plates can become statically charged, causing disruptions in the loading and processing stages. This can result in unwanted production delays and downtime. auto-loader, waarbij complete pakketten offsetplaten automatisch worden ingevoerd. Bij een te lage luchtvochtigheid kunnen de schutvellen tussen de platen statisch worden, waardoor storingen ontstaan in het laad- en ontwikkelproces. Dit kan leiden tot ongewenste productievertragingen en stilstand.
Through ultrasonic atomization, water is converted into a microscopically fine mist that is absorbed by the air almost immediately. This allows the desired relative humidity to be achieved quickly and energy-efficiently, without moisture settling on machines, products or floors.
The system is connected to a reverse osmosis unit, ensuring a high water quality while preventing dust deposits and blockages. In addition, a UV-C disinfection system provides extra protection against bacteria and Legionella.
The benefits of ultrasonic humidification
In addition to CtP departments and digital print environments, our ultrasonic humidification systems are also suitable for a wide range of other applications. Contact us for more information about the possibilities.
