Manual Ink Can Crimpers
The manual ink can crimpers are specially designed for the safe and reliable sealing of vacuum ink cans in 1 kg (Ø 142 mm) and 2.5 kg (Ø 190 mm) sizes. Thanks to their robust construction and well-engineered mechanism, the lid is crimped evenly and securely onto the can, ensuring an optimal seal.

Pneumatic Ink Can Crimper
For higher production volumes, the pneumatic version is the ideal choice. The machine seals vacuum ink cans quickly with consistent closing force and is equipped with a two-hand safety control system and an FR air preparation unit for compressed air treatment.
The crimper is suitable for conical vacuum cans with inside diameters of Ø 142, Ø 190, and Ø 232 mm. All components are finished with a corrosion-resistant coating or zinc plating, making the machine highly suitable for intensive industrial use.
The stated diameters refer to the inside diameter of the opening of the vacuum can.
Closing Machines for Plastic and Metal Pails
In addition to vacuum ink cans, DR Graphics also supplies closing machines for plastic and metal pails, including 5 kg UV ink pails. The machines are available in both manual and pneumatic versions and are suitable for pails with a maximum diameter of 220 mm.
Depending on the version, the machines are equipped with either a pneumatic two-hand safety control system or a manual mechanism that significantly reduces the required closing force.
