The Spot Color Master® is a professional ink dispensing system for offset and UV printing companies. With this system, you can produce spot colors quickly, accurately, and consistently while reducing ink consumption, waste, and labor costs.
Whether you mix your spot colors in-house or order them from your ink supplier, the Spot Color Master® helps standardize the dispensing and mixing process. Thanks to the combination of intelligent software and precision dispensing technology, you can work more efficiently and achieve consistent color quality.
The Touch Panel PC is connected to a high-precision ink scale and forms the heart of the Spot Color Master® ink dispensing system. It enables printing companies to mix spot colors quickly and easily with minimal waste and maximum accuracy.
Thanks to the advanced dual-stage dispensing valve (coarse and fine dosing), ink is dispensed with an accuracy of up to 0.1 gram. This allows you to produce colors consistently and repeatably while minimizing waste and cleaning time.
Through the touchscreen interface, the operator can easily add, edit, and save recipes. The standard configuration supports 16 base colors in 2.5 kg vacuum cans. Empty cans can be replaced quickly, and the dispensing valves can be cleaned within seconds.
The dispensing valves can be cleaned within seconds, and empty ink cans can be replaced with ease. Thanks to the robust stainless steel and aluminum construction, maintenance requirements are kept to a minimum.
The Spot Color Master® operates on compressed air and requires only approximately 1.5 m² of floor space. Electricity is needed only for the scale and the optional Touch Panel PC. The height-adjustable scale provides additional ease of use.
